I've been busy working on several things at once as usual and getting nowhere fast. I have had my hands in paper mache clay and fabric. I've been making Easter eggs and bunnies and am working on a head or two for some mixed media dolls. I'm also working on a scrap quilt or maybe even two quilts. Hopefully I'll complete some of these projects and if they're not too terrible I'll share them with you.

Last Friday I got a scare. My blog vanished and I had no idea where it went or how to get it back. It wasn't until that happened that I realized how much blogging has become such an important part of my life. I was so frustrated and upset that I had lost it and everything that I've done with it for the past year. I've made such wonderful friends through my blog and there are some of you, you know who you are, who have become like sisters to me. Anyway, I've been nervous since then and every time I log on to my blog I'm afraid I'll discover it's been removed again.  I know it's silly and I don't really think it will keep vanishing but what can I say? I'd be devastated if I lost it for good. Enough said. Now I'm going to show you a bunny that I finished soon after Herman Hare. This one is probably my favorite one so far. I'm calling him Benji Bunny.

Benji has only been working in the coloration department of the Easter Egg Factory North Pole division for the past year. He has worked his way from solid color dying to multi-color applications. He hasn't quite mastered swirls but when it comes to mottled coloring he's quite proud of  his work.

To Benji, working at the factory is a life long dream come true.

I have one more bunny to paint and that will be the end of them for this year. On Easter Sunday I hope to have the final bunny finished and will do a post.

Until then, I'll be keeping busy and will visit as many of your blogs as time allows.

Be well and as always, thanks for stopping by.

Hi Miss Maddyrose, Bellamine & Wendy,

Oh, Benji Bunny is so adorable. I think he would really like it if he had his very own Easter basket. He sorta has that "I want" look about him.

Heaps of Hugs ♥

Oh, love Benji! I think the first word that sprang to mind when I saw him was lugubrious, but I'm sure he's very happy at his job :o)

Dearest Maddy,
Hello, nice to meet you Benji Bunny♪ Really adorable and must be a hard worker at the factory♡♡♡ He is my favorite, too. I sure am looking forward to meet one another bunny of yours.
Wow, what a scary thing happened to you!!! I am so happy you are here again, and I will be devastated as well if I cannot contact with you, my friend. Blogger sometimes gives us these scare and we get at a loss, don't we...
Love you always, xoxo Miyako*

Love the bunny and am glad you're not really gone. I couldn't get your blog to come up either. It worried me because I couldn't imagine you had stopped blogging and deleted it. J
