This bunny's name is Romeo Rabbit and he's a real charmer.
This is Romeo's first season working at the Easter Egg Factory.
He's young and full of energy and has so much spring in his step he's not trusted to handle real eggs so he's been assigned to work in the jelly bean department. Here he is taking the jelly bean centers to be colored.
Now that I've finished with the bunnies I can concentrate on finishing up a few more projects.
I've started working on two small quilt tops for two little bears to take with them to summer camp. I've been wanting to start a scrap quilt but don't have enough scraps to make one large enough for a bed or throw but with the scraps from some recent sewing projects I might have enough to make two smaller ones. I need to get a blade for my rotary cutter so I can cut some more white squares for the one on the left and more pale pink for the one on the right. I also need to buy a quilt bat and some fabric for backing.
This week has been a busy one with trying to get projects finished and eggs colored for the Easter egg hunt and I still need to shop for Easter Sunday dinner. I'd love for the weather to be nice for Sunday but the forecast doesn't look promising.
Enjoy your day and as always, thanks for stopping by.
Hugs,
Maddy

Romeo, Romeo, where art the jelly beans. Giggle.
What a handsome bunny you are. Don't worry, by next Easter you will be in charge of the REAL Easter eggs.

Romeo DOES have bedroom eyes! How cool is that? I love your bunnies. And your quilt looks so fabulous, it reminds me of the ones my grandma made for my boys when they were born. I hope you have a wonderful Easter Maddy! :)
you've been up to some fun again. I love Romeo and all the bunnies. Here I am shifting to no holiday decorations and you are shifting into high gear.
The baby bears will love the blankies...Hey where are they going to summer camp? Is it an overnight or a day camp?

Romeo's name fits him to a tee, with those "bedroom eyes"!!!! lol

The bears will love those quilts. It does get cold at night even tho it's summer!

Hi Maddy, I am finally getting back on track..somewhat, another bout with a flu virus..OMg I have been sicker this season than any I can ever remember..I think I'm gettin' old, and weak.. Just wanted to pop in and say that ALL of the bunnies are so personable! Each has thier own distinct personality, and Romeo is no exception.."bunny love" xoxo Christel
Dear Romeo, you look as though you would be the best bunny to have around to help. How do you keep your fur so white. I hope I get an Easter Egg.

winsome eyes, that's what Romeo has. He looks as though he will either crack a gentle joke or regale us with a poem. Enjoy your Easter.
Look at those eyes!
Pretty quilt colors.
Hugs,
Susan
Romeo Rabbit...what an imagination you have. I think you could write story books to go along with your wonderful creations. I have enjoyed all three of your Rabbit characters...all so charming!
Well Romeo Rabbit has certainly stole my heart with those soft eyes and charming look. He has a very important job as well. I've always wondered who colored the insides of jelly beans. Wishing you a beautiful Easter my lovely friend. Don't work yourself too hard in all the festivities.
